Sign-Up & Onboarding
The Admin registers and sets up Sally AI for the organization. During onboarding, all modules are temporarily activated.
Trial Access (30 Days)
  • Chat Module: Unlimited access (serves as the conversational interface).
  • Threat Intelligence Feed: Free access during the trial to showcase real-time insights.
  • Code Assist: Limited to 10 free scans or 10 refactoring tasks.
  • Trust Scan & Risk Assessment: Limited to 10 evaluations.
Trial-to-Paid Transition
As the trial nears its end, the Admin receives notifications prompting upgrade to retain full functionality. Upon upgrade:
  • All limitations are lifted.
  • Additional integrations are unlocked.
  • Historical data continuity is preserved.

Module Selection
The Admin selects the desired module(s) during signup (e.g., Code Assist, Threat Intelligence, or Trust Scan). Each selected module comes with its own trial terms.
Trial Access
  • Chat Module: Always free and integrated as a universal layer.
  • Selected Module(s):
    • Threat Intelligence: Free for 30 days.
    • Code Assist: 5 free code scans/refactors.
    • Trust Scan: 5 free evaluations.
    • Risk Assessment: 5 free organization-level assessments.
Conversion Triggers
  • Auto prompts after trial expiration.
  • Usage-based alerts when nearing the free limit.
  • Contextual upgrade messages within the chat module.
Upgrade Options
Users can either upgrade individual modules or move to a bundled plan for better pricing.
